We do our absolute best to assist our customers on their search for the best piece, whether it’s chatting with customers via customer services, filming informational YouTube videos of our different swords, or building our own collections.

Not all swords are best suited to all purposes, when in doubt simply email us any questions you may have and our team of experts will get back to you as soon as possible. And our service does not stop as soon as a product goes out the door.

We’re not another “drop ship” dealer
Unlike our competitors, we stock the vast majority of what you see on our site. Because of this on hand inventory we’re able to inspect and protect your purchase when we ship it to you.
We also let you know if an item is in stock or not, right on the site, so you can plan your shopping. And as always, if you don’t see something you’re looking for, reach out and we’ll try to get it for you at the best price.
There are rare cases in which we will have a supplier fill an order directly, in an effort to get you your order faster. But, this is the exception, not the rule. In those cases, you are still fully backed by our policies, so if you have any issues, please let us know.
Special Orders
If you are looking for something that’s not on our site, please reach out and let us know; we may be able to get it for you. Although we specialize in medieval products, our wholesale connections give us access to many modern or futuristic weapons as well. If you are interested in a particular item, odds are we can get it for you while beating prices elsewhere, just reach out. Most special orders can be filled in about two weeks.

We will not add an item to our website until we have seen it in person or are familiar enough with a respected manufacturer to ensure that it is of suitable quality. Generous Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 45 days. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus shipping costs. Please note that our policy differs around Halloween, read our Halloween policy here.

We have years of experience fulfilling thousands of international shipments. In this time we have perfected identifying our international shipping procedures and are familiar with what items we are able to import to which countries and what shipping service will offer you the best value with the least hassle. All of our International shipments are fully insured against loss or damage, so in the event of a problem, we will help to have it corrected as quickly as possible.
